We are developing a high-quality 4.6 million tonne LCE North American resource in Saskatchewan, Canada. Our project is fully permitted for production and utilizes proven technology to meet the growing global demand for battery-grade lithium.

Our flagship operation is located in southeast Saskatchewan, Canada, and is comprised of over 345,000 acres of subsurface permits. We maintain 100% ownership of this strategic asset, which is positioned in a region with a long history of resource extraction and established industrial expertise.

We have received approval from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources for Phase 1 production at Pad #1. This represents the first lithium brine project in Saskatchewan to reach this milestone, and one of the first in North America to be approved for initial production.

Phase 1 will see the project go into production using a commercial-scale DLE unit capable of producing 150 TPA LCE.

De-risking with a commercial-scale proof of concept allows us to increase production by rapid replication at additional pad locations.

We utilize conventional oil and gas drilling and completion methods to access lithium-rich brine from aquifers approximately 2.0 km underground.

Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology is used to separate the lithium from the brine.

Lithium-depleted brine is safely disposed of back underground into a separate aquifer.

The extracted concentrate is then converted into upgraded high-purity material.

Our future production model is based on modular scalability. A standard production pad is composed of production wells, disposal wells, and a dedicated facility, allowing us to expand our footprint efficiently and predictably.

DLE represents a significant advancement in lithium recovery by selectively extracting lithium ions directly from lithium-rich brines. Using DLE can significantly improve the overall environmental impact of extraction compared to traditional methods.

One of the key advantages of DLE is its viability on resources with lower lithium concentrations. As global demand for lithium-ion batteries increases, we believe these efficient and sustainable methods will be essential to meeting the world's supply needs.
